We are looking forward to welcoming you to our church building for a Tots in Bubbles session and we ask you that you work with us to follow the processes that we’ve designed with everyone in mind. We are so grateful for this opportunity to be able meet again, but appreciate that we need to adapt to these new circumstances. Here are some guidelines and information that will help keep everyone safe:

 

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session, to allow time for entry and registration.

• If using the car park, please remember that no double parking is allowed, to give plenty of space as people wait to go inside the building and should an emergency vehicle be required at any time during the session.

• When you arrive at the church, please use the path on the side that leads to the back entrance, observing social distancing with others who may be waiting.

• According to government regulations, people are now required to wear face masks for the duration of the session. Children under 11 don’t need to wear a mask. Leaders and volunteers will also be wearing face masks, but will lead from behind a Perspex screen for story and rhyme time without a mask. We understand that some people are exempt from needing to wear a mask due to physical or mental challenges.

• You will be greeted at the door to the back entrance and your beverage order will be taken. It will be brought to you during the session. Please bring your child’s beverage with you if needed.

• As you enter into the back hall, please use the hand sanitiser mounted on the right hand side as you walk in - this is for everyone's safety and we ask all who enter the church to do this as a matter of routine.

• If you’ve come with a buggy or pram, you can leave this in the back hall to collect on your way out.

• You will be shown to the main hall and directed to your designated family zone. You are welcome to start playing straight away. We will have a combination of free play and activities directed from the front.

• Please help us by guiding your child to avoid touching items/surfaces other than what you’ll find in your family zone, and helping them to observe social distancing.

• If at any time during the session, your little one is finding it challenging to stay in their family zone, you are welcome to take them outside for a breath of fresh air.

• For your peace of mind, please know that all toys, equipment and mats will be sanitised between sessions, and anything that isn’t wipeable (for example, some sensory play materials) will be used once and then disposed of.

• At the close of the session, we will direct the families at the front of the church to leave first, collecting buggies on the way out the back hall, and exiting down the side path. We are looking forward to seeing you and your little ones soon!

• Please remember that if you cancel by 8am on the day of your booking, you can rebook for a future session free of charge or we can give you a full refund using your method of payment. You can cancel using any of the ways below:
