Until we are able to re-open Tots and Toys again, we are running Tots in Bubbles, a relaxed space where play and learning come together, to give you an opportunity to be part of a small group safely in a socially distant yet creative and educational play space.

Our sessions are suitable for children up to age of 4, who are happy to stay with their adult on their mat for the duration of the session (we all know how difficult containing a curious toddler can be!).

Our sessions run on Tuesdays and Thursdays in term time. Below are the current session times 

​

Session 1 - 10.15 to 10.45am

Session 2 - 11.45am to 12.15pm

Session cost is £3 per family. Booking is open until 9am on the day of the session, to offer you maximum flexibility. To minimise transmission risk we are only able to accept pre-booking and prefer online payment - a full refund will be issued if you cancel by 8am on the day of your booking (more details on how to cancel will be found within the information needed before you arrive - this will be sent in your confirmation email). We are using a payment system called iZettle - we will send you a unique payment link by SMS or email after your booking is made to help us match payments quicker. If booking online is difficult, please call us on 0777 319 7140 to discuss how we can help. 

In line with health guidelines, we have determined a safe maximum number of families that will take part in a session. You and your child will have your own family zone in our main hall with a wipeable mat and individual play and sensory materials - a maximum of 1 adult and 2 children can be in a family zone (1 adult must be present in each family zone). Sessions will be 30 minutes long and will include finger rhymes and action songs, story time and sensory play. Please arrive 15 minutes before the session time to allow for safe socially distant entry and registration. All our facilities and equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between sessions, and we are prioritising government guidance and your safety - only wipeable and washable materials will be used. 

Tea, coffee and hot chocolate will be available for adults. You are welcome to bring your child’s beverage and snacks with you. 

Nappy changing facilities and toilets will be available as usual. Please be advised that you will be asked to wear an appropriate face covering when you attend the sessions (children under 11 are not required to wear one).  As per government guidelines, you do not need to wear a face covering if you have a legitimate reason not to - please click here to print out an exemption badge.  
 

We ask that each family unit/support bubble makes their own booking, rather than booking on behalf of others. If you have more than 2 children in a family or support bubble and more than 1 adult is attending, please use the 'add ticket' option when completing your booking.  Please note that each mat must have an adult present to comply with the safety rules within which we are allowed to open - so if there are 3 children coming from one family, another adult will have to book to be in a separate family zone.
