BOOKING FAQS-TOTS IN BUBBLES

Q. How can I book for Tots in Bubbles?
A. Go to our events page and select the session you would like to book for. Once the booking is complete, you will receive an email with a payment link for you to make a payment via Paypal. From 1st October we will change to a different payment system called iZettle where we will send you a unique payment link after you book your place.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. £3 per family.
Q. Are there other payment options?
A. If booking online is difficult, please call us on 0777 319 7140 to discuss how we can help in your situation.
Q. I can't attend the group and have to cancel my booking, will I get my money back?
A. Yes, if you cancel by 8am on the day of your booked session, you can either rebook for a future session free of charge or we can issue you a refund via Paypal (until 30th September or iZettle after that date). Please call 0777 3197140 if it is up to the day before and 0208 661 7042 on the day of your booking and leave us a message with your details and we will take it from there.
Q. I have 2 children, can I bring both of them?
A. Yes, the maximum capacity for each family zone (each ticket) is 2 children and must have an adult within it.
Q. Are there any pictures of how the hall will be laid out?

Q. I am worried that my child will not be able to stay within my family zone during the session!
A. We have designed the session to be engaging, with fun activities to occupy your little one and in our experience half an hour is a reasonable length of time to keep their attention. Having said that, all children are different and if your child feels happier letting off steam at a soft play session rather than sitting down with a puzzle or a book, they may find staying in one place challenging. If at any time during the session, your little one is finding it challenging to stay in their family zone, you are welcome to take them outside for a breath of fresh air.
Q. Will you be providing snacks and drinks?
A. Due to current guidelines we can only serve drinks to adults to reduce risk of transmission. You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks for your child.
Q. Can I attend without booking in advance?
A. We understand the need for flexibility at this time, so if you find yourself free on the day and would like to check availability for a session, you can leave us a message with your details on our office phone 0208 661 7042 and we will call you by 9am to confirm if there are spaces for that day. We ask that you only attend if you have received confirmation that a space is available.
Q. There are no more tickets available – can I go on a waiting list?
A. Yes, you can email us on stating which session you are interested in and your contact details and we will get in touch with you. Bear in mind that we might get cancellations on the day - we will call you around 9am if we have spaces available.
