We all know Christmas will be different this year, so we are providing a variety of events in our building and online to bring meaningful hope during this season. Government Guidance 

As Chiltern is deemed a COVID-secure environment, church services and activities run by the church can run even whilst the Local COVID alert level is at High. (Please click here to access the government guidance document.) All events are planned on the assumption that the government guidance remains the same. Please check our home page for updates should the guidance change.

For everyone's safety, we have determined a safe maximum number of seats and if you would like to attend the event, booking in advance is required. To allow more people to experience our events, we have duplicated some of them - Family Christmas Celebration, Christmas Concert and Christmas Services on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please read the description of these services carefully and only book for one occurrence of each event to allow others to participate. We will be in contact with you if you book for the same event in error and will ask you to pick one event out of the two. All our events available for booking can be accessed via our events page.

Booking information

Booking online - this is now open until until the following cut-off dates for individual events:

Family Christmas Celebration on 13th December (10.45am and 4pm) - Book by 11th December, 9am

Chiltern Christmas Concert on 20th December (10.45am and 4pm) - Book by 18th December, 9am

Christmas Service 1 (24th December) - Book by 22nd December, 9am

Christmas Service 2 (25th December) - Book by 23rd December, 9am

The booking system is live and will be updated in case of cancellations, so we advise you check the booking pages even after the event is full.  Once the maximum capacity is reached, no further bookings may be accepted. If you would like to go on a waiting list, please email admin@chilternchurch.org.uk stating which event this would relate to.

Booking over the phone -  a number of tickets will be available to book over the phone - these are for individuals who do not have internet access and we would ask you to only make use of this if you can not book online. Please call the church office on 0208 661 7042 and leave a message with a contact number requesting to book for the service. Deadlines for this are different for each event, as outlined below:

Family Christmas Celebration on 13th December (10.45am and 4pm) - Book by 10th December, 9am

Chiltern Christmas Concert on 20th December (10.45am and 4pm) - Book by 17th December, 9am

Christmas Service (24th and 25th December) - Book by 20th December, 9am

Please remember that if you or anyone in your household develops any COVID-19 symptoms, you should not attend the service and stay home. Please click here to refer to the current government guidance.

Should you need to cancel your booking, please check your confirmation email for a cancellation link (if you booked after 26th November 2020) and use this to cancel. Otherwise, please email admin@chilternchurch.org.uk and we will be happy to assist.
